RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
After 30 days, merchandise may only be returned for credit at vigossusa.com.
MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND MUST BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases where we made an error. Return labels are included inside your shipped purchase box at no extra charge.
Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon return to our facility. If product is deemed to be defective, consumer will be entitled to a full refund or full credit for exchange on a like or similar item. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any damages to items that have occurred through wear, wash, or alteration. However, we will do our best to accommodate our customers.
